Alan defends Denny when he is accused of soliciting gay sex in a bathroom by two undercover cops. Shirley faces off against Bethany when she defends a man who got fired from his radio station for saying old people should die. Whitney represents Jane and Barry Malseed who want a judge's order to prevent their 14-year-old son, Alex, from getting an iPhone, because it has no barriers to prevent their son from using it to look at porn. Alex, who wants to be a lawyer, represents himself and gives Whitney a challenge.
